With over 12 years of experience and thousands of classes taught, I’ve developed four distinct class styles to meet your specific needs.

Flow & Fly - Vinyasa Yoga
Join Darci for a journey of mind, body, and spirit with Flow & Fly – Vinyasa Yoga. This dynamic and invigorating practice is designed to awaken your inner strength and leave you feeling revitalized and empowered. The class seamlessly blends breath with movement, allowing you to flow through a series of asanas with grace and intention. You’ll synchronize your breath to each posture, creating a moving meditation that fosters mindfulness and deepens your mind-body connection.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, modifications and variations will be offered to ensure everyone feels supported and challenged at their own level.
Each session concludes with a grounding meditation and a well-deserved savasana, leaving you feeling balanced, centered, and ready to carry the energy of your practice into your daily life.
Suitable For: All levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Students with a base understanding of surya namasakars will shine even brighter in this class.

Move & Meditate - Slow Vinyasa Yoga
Immerse yourself in a tranquil journey of movement and mindfulness with our Moving Meditation – Slow Vinyasa Yoga. This session offers a gentle and nurturing approach to vinyasa, allowing you to explore the subtle nuances of each posture and find a deeper connection to your breath.
Guided by Darci Nyal, E-RYT 500, this class prioritizes deliberate, unhurried transitions between asanas. You’ll have the opportunity to savour the meditative quality of each movement, fostering a sense of inner calm and presence. With less of a focus on alignment and more on mindfulness, this practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
This class style gradually builds heat and flexibility, gently inviting your body to open and release tension. Through soothing stretches and supported poses, you’ll experience a profound sense of relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and rejuvenated.

Rest & Restore: Meditative Yin
Indulge in a serene journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation Rest & Restore: Meditative Yin. This unique fusion combines the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with gentle, therapeutic movements designed to soothe the body and calm the mind.
This class style invites you to surrender to the power of stillness. Through long-held, passive postures, you’ll gently stretch and stimulate connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint mobility. The practice is complemented by mindful breath-work and guided meditation, allowing you to tap into a profound sense of inner tranquility.
As the class progresses, the soothing tonic of gentle movements will invigorate and refresh your body, creating a harmonious balance between stillness and subtle, therapeutic motions. This holistic approach aims to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being.

Stretch & Stabilize - Functional Conditioning
Step into a world of purposeful movement with our Functional Conditioning non-yoga movement class. Inspired from Darci’s 8 years of teaching yoga to the Mens’ and Women’s Canadian Rugby teams, along with classes taught to the elite athletes of the Canadian Sports Institute.
The three main focuses in this class style are mobility development, joint strength, and body control all while learning scientifically proven breathing exercises that calm the nervous system and reset the mind. By targeting multiple muscle groups and emphasizing core stability, this class aims to improve your overall physical performance, posture, and balance.
Expect a well-structured session that challenges your body in various planes of motion, enhancing your ability to tackle real-world challenges with confidence and ease.
