Sample Yoga Retreat Menu
Breakfast:
- Drinks – Organic Coffee and/or Yerba Mate
- Mains – Eggs, homemade granola, organic yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and a toast bar or freshly baked muffins.
Lunch:
- Mains – Vegetarian seasonal soup, seasonal garden farm fresh vegetables, and cooked organic grains.
- Sides – Freshly baked sourdough bread with protein dip (hummus etc.) or pesto and farm fresh green salad with homemade salad dressing and a selection of nuts, seeds, veggies, or cheese).
Dinner:
- Mains – Protein and Vegetarian main dish featuring seasonal farm fresh vegetables (may contain lentils, beans, or nuts) with cooked organic grain.
- Sides – Seasonal farm fresh vegetable side dishes and farm fresh green salad with homemade salad dressing and a selection of nuts, seeds, veggies, or cheese).
Snacks:
- Available at all times – Tea, fruit bowls, toast and crackers with nut butters.
