  • Get settled into your rooms
  • Yoga practice at 4:30 – 5:45 PM
  • Dinner at 6:00 PM
  • Welcome Circle at 7:30 PM
  • Rest

Friday:

  • Morning practice at 7:00 – 8:15 AM
  • Breakfast at 8:30 AM
  • Connect – Lecture & game (getting to know the other guests) : 10:00 – 11:30 
  • Lunch – 12:00 PM
  • Self directed time – Forest hike, ocean plunge, nap, massage
  • Dinner at 6 PM
  • Restorative Yin & Poetry Reading 7:30 – 8:45 PM – 

Saturday:

    • Morning practice at 7:00 – 8:15 AM
    • Breakfast at 8:30 AM
    • Grow – Lecture & Practice: 10:00 – 11:30 
    • Lunch – 12:00 PM
    • Self directed time – Forest hike, ocean plunge, nap, massage
    • Dinner at 6 PM
    • Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing 7:30 – 8:45 PM

Sunday:

  • Sleep in day
  • Breakfast at 8:30 AM
  • Reflect – Lecture & Practice: 10:00 – 11:30
  • Lunch – 12:00 PM
  • Self directed time or Optional Movie – Forest hike, ocean plunge, nap, massage
  • Dinner at 6 PM
  • Closing Circle & Fire 7:30 – 8:45 PM

Monday:

  • Morning practice at 7:00 – 8:15 AM
  • Breakfast at 8:30 AM
  • Pack rooms and say good-bye
  • Head to the Ferry 1:00 PM
